Wilderwood Camps offers a unique program for our parents. We call it the ALL SUMMER Program. This program offers parents the flexibility to pay $2,850 period (no taxes, no other fees) to be able to come and go all summer as they please. The ALL SUMMER Program gives you access to all of our Camps as well as our Extended Daycare (+$50 extra per week) at one low price. Think of it as a locked-in bulk discount. You can pay the $2,850 all at once or in weekly/monthly installments.
PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to attend all the camps to receive this discount. You may choose to sign up for ALL SUMMER but not attend every camp or every day of camp. However, if you plan on attending 7 or more weeks of camp (35 days or more of camp), it is cheaper to just sign up for ALL SUMMER, as all taxes, fees, and Extended Camp costs are included in the $2,850 cost.
Basically, if you are going to spend more than $2,850 on camps/childcare over the summer, sign up for ALL SUMMER and save some money!

Pricing
There are three ways to sign up for camp. You can sign up for the whole summer, you can sign up for individual weeks, or you can sign up for individual days. We’ve broken down these three different methods for you below, and made notes of certain benefits and drawbacks we’ve noticed over the years.

ALL SUMMER
When you sign up for ALL SUMMER with one of our Camp programs, either LittleWider (ages 3-5), Wilderwood (ages 6-8), or Quest Camp (ages 9-12), you are able to attend all 13 weeks of Camp and Extended Camp at an extra +$50 per week cost. It is like a bulk discount. This is the most cost-effective way to sign up for Camp as you save an average of 50% compared to the weekly rate or day rate.
In our experience, this is the best way for campers to sign up as they enjoy getting to build strong camaraderie and friendships all summer long with their group, their counselors, and the staff, instead of just a week here and there.
However, just because you signed up for ALL SUMMER doesn’t mean you must come every day. Many campers will go to the Aquarium one week, to a sports camp at Baylor, or even on a family vacation. Since you’re saving so much by signing up for ALL SUMMER, it’s still cheaper than signing up for the weeks individually. However, the most important benefit that we have found for the camper is the consistency of knowing they will always be coming back to their Posse at Wilderwood, which is an important part of making the summer full of meaningful friendships and adventures.
One important thing to note before you choose to sign up for ALL SUMMER: Once you have registered a camper for the ALL SUMMER program, you are expected to pay the full ALL SUMMER cost, regardless of the number of camps your child attends. Full Week
You can sign up for the individual weeks of one of our Camps for LittleWider (ages 3-5), Wilderwood (ages 6-8), or Quest Camp (ages 9-12). Something to note, since our Camps are summer-long Camps, by attending only for a few weeks or a few days, your camper misses out on building those summer-long friendships, inside jokes, and camp spirit that come from attending the full summer. It’s the same reason you don’t go to a new school every week. If you only come to a few weeks of Camp, though, we suggest doing them all together in one big chunk. That way, you maximize their time with their new friends.

Day Rate
This is the most uncommon form of registration. However, sometimes it’s just the right method for campers. Sometimes a full summer or week is a little too much. Something to note, though, as our weekly themes are week-long themes, by attending for a few days, your camper might miss out on certain activities, crafts, and projects that are advertised as being part of that week’s theme… and that’s not to mention collecting all the coveted “Quest Badges” campers get throughout the week.
If the day rate is the method that makes the most sense for your camper, we suggest spreading it out over the whole summer. For example, coming every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday all summer, or even just every Monday. Please note, if a camper is not coming every day of the week, we strongly suggest that they not miss Monday. Campers often feel like they’ve missed something when their first day of a Camp week is not Monday.
PLEASE NOTE
Our ALL SUMMER Program is sold as a “bulk discount”. You cannot sign up for camps individually at the $219 price point. To receive the $219 price, you must sign up for the ALL SUMMER Program.
Our Share&Save Program is a referral program. You cannot sign up for camps free just because you are participating in the Share&Save Program. To receive the free price, you must share about Wilderwood Camps with others who then sign up. For each camper who signs up with your share code, you receive a $25 credit that can only be redeemed towards camp costs. You can also use Share&Save when you have multiple children you are registering as a multi-sibling discount.

Wilderwood Camps offers you the ability to sign up for our camps by the day/camp, and although this option is good for those who only plan on coming to a few days or a few camps, it’s not the best move for everyone. Access to
21 Camps
This summer, we are offering 21 Camps across 13 weeks! As part of the ALL SUMMER program, you can attend any or all of these Camp weeks at no additional cost. You don’t even have to register ahead of time; just sign up for our ALL SUMMER Program, and you can show up the day of and jump right in.
Extended
Camp
Every summer, we offer an Extended Camp program. This service allows you to drop off your child as early as 7AM and pick them up as late as 6PM on any day of Camp. That’s 390 extra hours of Camp! As part of the ALL SUMMER Program, you have unlimited access to our Extended Camp service for +$50 extra a week.
Childcare
All Summer
Unlike most other camps in Chattanooga, Wilderwood Camps run from when the first schools let out on May 27th until every school is back in session on August 23rd. Also unlike other camps, we don’t have random weeks in the middle of the summer off. We are running camps every weekday from May 27th to August 23rd. As part of our ALL SUMMER Program, you no longer need to worry about where to send your child while school is out.
No Late
Drop-off &
Pickup Fees
Every day, Camp drop-off is from 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM. Camp pickup is from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM. If you are late for either, we normally charge a $1 fee for every minute you're late. However, as part of our ALL SUMMER Program, all fees are waived for being late for up to 30 minutes each day.
Share&Save
Wilderwood Camps offers a unique Share&Save Program for our parents. This offers parents the chance to send their campers to camp for free. The Share&Save Program is a referral program that offers you a $25 credit for every person you tell about Wilderwood Camps who then signs up for at least one day.

Siblings
Like a normal siblings discount, you are still able to get a discount for signing up siblings. However, instead of offering just one discount, we give you a $25 credit for every sibling you register after the initial one. And those credits can be used immediately towards the cost of camp. Plus, we continue to give you a $25 credit for every child who signs up using your share code, regardless of whether they are a sibling or not. So if you find yourself some friends and you guys sign up all your campers using the same share code, then you guys just got yourselves some real savings!

This summer, we are offering a Share&Save Program. This program allows you to share about Wilderwood Camps with others and receive a $25 credit when they sign up for at least one day of camp. It’s really simple. You just tell your friends about Wilderwood Camps and give them your share code. Then when they sign up for at least one week of camp, they will get a $25 credit, and you will get a $25 credit that you can use towards the price of camp. Credits never expire, and there is no cap on the amount of credit you can get.

The goal of our Share&Save Program is to make camp as affordable as possible for parents. This is why we don’t put a cap on how much you can save when enrolled in our Save&Share Program. This allows you to go to camp completely free if you can share about camp with just 8 people who sign up. And the savings keep going from there with no cap on how much you can save, no expiration for your credits, and with the ability to transfer or give your credits to other people if you choose.

Every time you share about Wilderwood Camps with someone who then signs up for at least one day of camp, we will give you a $25 credit you can use towards the cost of camp. And there’s no limit to how many credits you can get. This means when you share about Wilderwood Camps and enough people sign up for at least one day of camp apiece, you can attend our ALL SUMMER Program for absolutely free. And if you don’t use all your credits this year, that’s OK. They last forever and can also be transferred or gifted to other parents if you want.

Anniversaries
Wilderwood loves anniversaries, and we like to celebrate them with special discounts! The first time you ever register for Wilderwood Camps, you will get $50 off. But for your first anniversary as a Wilderwood Camper, you will get $100 off! And for your 5-year anniversary, you get $200 off! Finally, for your 10-year anniversary, we give you $300 off!
